Relationship between myalgia and laboratory parameters in hospitalized patients with COVID-19

Aim: Myalgia is among the first and most common symptoms in patients with COVID-19. A limited number of studies have been found evaluating frequency myalgia laboratory findings associated this condition. In study, we aimed to evaluate prevalence relationship between parameters who were hospitalized due COVID-19.
 Material Methods: Three hundred fifty-eight confirmed diagnoses COVID-19 March 2020 January 2021 included study. The divided into two groups according presence absence myalgia. Demographic characteristics, medical history, symptoms, clinical findings, evaluated retrospectively.
 Results: total 358 patients, 192 (42.9%) females 166 males, mean age was 60.3 ± 15.2 years.
